Ticket Description: Site Euresearch Bern was unreachable

Problem Description:

The site Euresearch Headoffice in Bern was unreachable on Saturday, 21.3.2009 between 10:50 and 11:30. Due to a planned upgrade of the cooling system the rack with the communication devices had to be re homed and all devices where powered off.

Contacted Mr. Tauer for explanations about the outage. He told me that the installation of the new cooling system is scheduled for Wednesday (25.th) during business hours. Other alarms are not planned, but might be possible.
