Ticket Description: Router swiSLF1 is unreachable

Problem Description:

Our router swiSLF1 was not reachable anymore from 2009-05-15 00:04 until 2009-05-15 07:25 due to a software crash. Backup was provided via swiSLF2. Internet backup worked fine, but EoMPLS backup has to be investigated as it was reported not working.
After a reboot by local staff, the router came back up again and no problems have occurred so far.

SBB Netops called and I told them they can close the ticket.

Local staff at SLF Davos power-cycled the router swiSLF1, and it came back to normal operations.

The situation before the reboot was: all LEDs on the front panel of the supervisor 32 were orange. The router appeared to be down. There was no power outage.

The crash reason is being investigated.

acknowledged nagios host alert and checked OOB access. No response from device.
As this is a redundant device, we'll investigate further tomorrow morning.
