Problem Description:

Our Global Crossing "upstream" Internet connection will be down for up to 10 minutes starting at 01:00 to 02:00 on 7. October 2009 for planned maintenance on Global Crossing's Zurich router.

Note: the date for this maintenance has already been moved several times.
The last scheduled date was on September 26th, 2009.

Impact: no impact
Our other upstream providers TeliaSonera and Swisscom IP-Plus will remain available. Therefore, no noticeable impact except for changed routes is expected.

The maintenance was performed by Global Crossing on 2009-10-08. The BGP session with Global Crossing went down between 00:11 and 00:55 o'clock.
