From the outset, the project followed a co-creation approach: the needs and experiences of university teachers were systematically collected and used to shape the learning design and educational resources. The session will show how expertise from both institutions was combined throughout the development process, from identifying priorities to coordinating content development and video production across institutional boundaries. Participants will gain an overview of the project’s key outputs: 7 Learning Nuggets, 3 Self-Study Units, and 2 workshops designed to support digital teaching competencies. The webinar will illustrate how these resources were developed through an iterative, needs-informed process combining pedagogical expertise, practitioner perspectives, and inter-university collaboration.
