Phase 3: User transition

In this final phase the organization members are moved from the organizational AAI account to SWITCH edu-ID.

• Inform current members of the imminent change applied to their federated identity
• Task them with taking the necessary steps (depending on chosen approach)
• Inform users about login process(es) and credentials to be used
• Adapt support processes and provide help
