Ticket Description: HFTM customer port is down / swiGR2 unreachable

Problem Description:

Since 10:23 the primary HFTM customer port on swiGR2 Gi1/2 is down.
The reason is unknown, we suspect a failure of a customer device.

As of 11:02 also one of the power supply inputs has failed.
As of 11:23 the other power supply input has also failed.

We suspect a power outage for the whole site.

HFTM has confirmed that this was a planned power maintenance which unfortunately was not announced to us previously. Closing ticket.

Router swiGR2 is back online.
All customer interfaces are back up as well.
Reason for the outage is still unconfirmed.

Router swiGR2 is now unreachable.
