Problem Description:Since 4:20 today, the primary access of SITEL/HEPFR in Fribourg is down (port and BGP session). As our router is operating normally, we suspect an issue on the customer access router.

Impact: no more redundancy
Service: network access
The customer port came up again the same day at 10:11. The reason is still unknown to us. Closing ticket.
