Problem Description:

We plan to upgrade the software of our router swiCE1 this Thursday, February 2nd 2017 between 18:00 and 19:00 CET.
Traffic from all redundantly attached organizations will be re-routed over alternative paths automatically.
The following single-attached circuits will be unavailable during the upgrade:
- Open Cloud Exchange VPN (Cloudsigma)

The expected outage time is around 20 - 30 minutes.

After all sorts of debugging didn't really bring any insight what the issue is, a reload of the linecard to GEANT helped to solve the problem. The theory is that an FPD upgrade of the linecard firmware needed another reboot for the linecard to be compatible with the new software version.

The router CE1 came back up after the upgrade, unfortunately the 100G link to GEANT does not work properly yet, we can't ping the neighbor routers.
