Ticket Description: power outage in VISP

Problem Description:

There is a power outage in the station of Visp since 08:27 this morning.
It is maintenance which was not announced by SBB to us. (IR 107113)
Power should be back around 09:30. But some more - rather short interruptions - are expected.
Work should be accomplished by this evening.
There is no interruption of the equipment of SWITCH at all because the UPS took over.
However - the OPN P2P-Link of VSnet used as backup for their network - is interrupted.
We will investigate why SWITCH didn't get the information about this planned maintenance.

Due to technical problems the maintenance couldn't be finished today.
Tomorrow between 09:00 and 11:00 there will be again an interruption of AC power.
UPC DC48V will take over the power feed of the SWITCH equipment.
An interruption of the power feed for the devices of VSnet is most likely.
