Apparently the maintenance work took longer than expected and the window was extended to 0900 UTC.
GEANT: "The circuit provider has confirmed this is due to the earlier maintenance
window (GEANT TT#2019041734000363) being extended due ongoing troubleshooting
of a high span loss issue between 60 Hudson Street and 111 8th Avenue in the
US. The expected end time of the maintenance window is now 0900 UTC."
