Ticket Description: swiLG1 losing all BGP sessions

Problem Description:

swiLG1 lost all BGP sessions for a few minutes. No obvious cause visible in the logs.
Backup access to CSCS was unavailable and transit traffic (through the router) might have been impacted. MeteoSwiss traffic to CSCS was apparently impacted as well.

Unfortunately we have not found a probable cause for this event. The issue has not re-appeared though.
