Ticket Description: fiber link to EHL down

Problem Description:

Our primary access link to EHL is down since 10:04 on May 18. The problem seems to be located between the customer site and Cité de Vennes, reducing the number of fiber providers to exactly one.

Connectivity is still granted using a backup route. Due to a configuration issue at the customer edge, the available bandwidth is currently restricted to 1 Gbps.

A fiber break could be located on a construction site next to the client's premises. The fiber provider will assess the damage and plan the repair later today.
