Problem Description:

TeliaSonera International Carrier announced that in order to maintain service quality, they will replace a card in Zurich on 12 November between 05:00 and 07:00 local time. We should expect a 15-minute interruption. Traffic will be re-routed through our other upstream providers, i.e. Global Crossing and Swisscom IP-Plus. No noticeable performance impact is expected.
