Ticket Description: Parts of ETHZ network unreachable

Problem Description:

An AAI admin of ETHZ reported that the server is unable to reach wayf.switch.ch (no incoming requests since 8:09 today). As the ETHZ is reachable normally, we suspect either an internal network or a firewall problem.

ETHZ confirmed that there was a firewall issue (wayf.switch.ch was put on a blacklist). This has been corrected by 10:02. All services restored. Closing ticket.
