Ticket Description: Unstable link between Bulle and Fribourg

Problem Description:

We experienced link instability between our routers in Bulle and Fribourg.
The cause is not clear yet.
The power levels on the transceiver varied also and several packets were dropped.
The situation looks stable again since 17:00.
As a temporary measure, we have redirected the traffic to avoid this link.
We will be observing the situation further and keep investigating.

The power levels remained low for a short period of time, which caused the instability and packet loss.
They recovered partially already on July 7th and reached the previous levels on July 8th.
Since then, the power levels are quite stable.
We suspect some local works on the sites. Unfortunately we can not troubleshoot a problem, that does not exist anymore.
Thereafter we close the ticket.
