Ticket Description: Unplanned restart of router swiPS1

Problem Description:

One of our routers at Paul Scherrer Institut temporarily disappeared from our monitoring tools and routing protocols. It came back after rebooting itself. Investigations did not turn up any software issue. It's possible that the restart was caused by a temporary power glitch. Assuming this was a one-time issue, we're closing this for now without further investigation.
