Ticket Description: EPFL Sorrento Power supply failed

Problem Description:

One or two power supplies of our Sorrento DWDM device at EPFL failed.
The amplifiers to Cern don't work and the management module is not reachable anymore.
There is no loss of connectivity for any of our site.

After shut/no shut of the router interface at CE3 the 10G link to ZH2 is up and running.

Deltanet replaced the optical Amplifier to West.
The Sorrento DWDM seems to work without problems.

Deltanet replaced two power supplies.
But there is an optical amplifier which is broken too and needs to be replaced. Deltanet will get the spare amplifier and replace it tonight around 20:30.

We informed Deltanet about the problem. They will go to Lausanne today and will replace the power supply modules.

EPFL confirmed a problem with two power supplies. There is no other problem with electrical power in the computing room of EPFL.
