Greater protection against fake websites

Compared with leading European countries, the share of .ch domain names with DNSSEC stood at just six per cent at the beginning of 2021. As part of preparations in advance of the five-year programme, some registrars have begun the process of protecting the domain names under their administration with DNSSEC. The share had increased to 35 per cent by the end of 2021. The target for the end of 2026: 60 per cent.
