Problem Description:The link between Glion and Bulle has been down since 15:05.
The link between Bulle and Clarens also shortly flapped at the same time for a few seconds.
Maybe on site work?
This leads to no more redundancy for the site in Glion which is still routed directly to Clarens.
Affected:From 2015-11-18 15:05 until 2015-11-19 16:38
Impact: no more redundancy
Cablecom Support Team considers the problem to be solved.
Questions about the root cause of the problem and if the temporarily moved fiber will be moved back will be handelt by a different department.
We will oben an new ticket as soon as any service affecting maintenance is planned.
Cablecom could moved the link Bulle-Glion temporarily to an other fiber. The link is up again.
They will have a closer look into the problem tomorrow.
Cablecom are confident to have identified the location of the interruption. They try to get access to the location now.
There was OTDR measurement by Cablecom in Clarens. They found an interruption of fiber Nr 2 in a distance of 7468 m from Clarens in direction to Bulle.
