Ticket Description: Routing issues due to BGP process crash

Problem Description:

A BGP process that crashed on our router swiZH1 caused instabilities and blackholes in our backbone in the Zurich region for a few minutes between 15:25 and 15:40 on January 5th 2017.
Those directly connected via BGP primary to swiZH1 probably suffered a total outage even if they had a redundant connection to another router.
Potentially all customers of SWITCHlan were at least partially affected for traffic to certain destinations, those in the Zurich region more than others.
As of 15:40 traffic should be flowing normally again. If you still see any issues, please contact us immediately.
