Ticket Description: loss of redundancy for site RKAU

Problem Description:

On April 10, from 14:27 to 14:45, we lost connectivity to our site in Kaiseraugst.

During cabling work unrelated to SWITCHlan, an incorrect fiber pair was pulled out at an intermediate site due to a documentation error. The fibers were replugged as soon as the mistake was noticed.
