Problem Description:

SWITCH, AS559, will upgrade the software of the router swiIX1 on Thursday,
November 8th, between 6:30 and 7:30. During the upgrade the router will not be
reachable. The duration of the upgrade is estimated at around 15 minutes.
All peering sessions with AS559 at TIX will be interrupted during this time.
