Problem Description:The device of HES-SO connected to our router swiEIC2 lost its link. The port on swiEIC2 is down - but there is still light on Rx.
HES-SO assumes a failure after maintenance which was not announced.
They are informing the local contact person in Changins.

Impact: Total loss of connectivity
The cause of the outage has been found. The customer reported that his access device was stuck in rommon.
