Ticket Description: P2P link to EIC interrupted

Problem Description:

The device of HES-SO connected to our router swiEIC2 lost its link. The port on swiEIC2 is down - but there is still light on Rx.
HES-SO assumes a failure after maintenance which was not announced.
They are informing the local contact person in Changins.

The cause of the outage has been found. The customer reported that his access device was stuck in rommon.
