Ticket Description: linecard problem on swiEL1

Problem Description:

Today at 20:02 there was a problem with a 100G-linecard on swiEL1 at EPFL in Lausanne.
After a reload of the card all alarms recovered at 21:23.
It's not clear at the moment if any of our service was affected.
We are investigating the problem.

Since the reload of the line card on 23.02.2020 everything works fine.
The root cause of the problem is unknown - though.
