Problem Description:

We will perform a software upgrade on our router swiCE4 on Tuesday, March 10th 2020 between 02:00 and 06:00 CET.
We expect two outages of about 15 minutes each due to the necessary reboots, but the whole maintenance window is reserved.
Traffic will be re-routed to redundant paths where applicable.
CIXP, Kurchatov peerings will be down during the upgrade.
