Ticket Description: Fiber cut between Visp and Locarno

Problem Description:

Suspected fiber cut between Visp and Locarno.
All traffic is routed over backup paths.

Note there is still a third backup path, but only at reduced capacity of 10G.

Chain of events leading to the deactivation of our active fiber route have been understood. Measures will been taken to prevent similar incidents in future. Closing ticket.

Link restored after re-plugging line fibers in Locarno. Why the fibers have been pulled out is not known at this moment.

Sunrise reports that no fiber break was found by their measurement team. They suspect a problem in Locarno. A detailed analysis will be provided on Monday.
