Problem Description:
Our fiber provider has informed us of damage on a cable in which we lease a pair of dark fiber. The damage does not currently extend to our pair and traffic is not affected.However, the cable will need to be replaced soon. The provider currently targets a night on the week-end of the 12. and 13. November. The precise timing is yet to be determined, therefore we still have the unknown time listed below as a placeholder. We will update the ticket as more information becomes available.
At the time of the maintenance our backbone will be interrupted. Some customers, as listed below, will have reduced redundancy during the maintenance.
