Problem Description:

We will upgrade the optical system and one of the routers in Lugano to 400G.
During the upgrade, each redundant service will be migrated to new equipment in turn. At all times there is at least one path available for each service.

Each impact will only be active for a few minutes, no total loss of services is expected.
