Ticket Description: BGP distribution problem for some routes

Problem Description:

In the process of cleaning up some obsolete configuration from our
routers, we inadvertently introduced an error that prevented us from
distributing several IPv4 routes of SWITCHlan members to the Internet.
This caused temporary unreachability of those addresses, starting at
around 14:02. Affected ranges include:

* 193.36.32.0/24
* 194.11.133.0/24
* 194.11.134.0/24
* 194.11.135.0/24

After being alerted to and analysing the issue, we reverted to the
previous configuration on the routers connecting the concerned
customers. Connectivity was fully restored for all affected sites by
15:52.

We apologise for this unplanned interruption and will work on process
improvements that prevent such incidents in the future.
