Ticket Description: Site SLF Davos unreachable

Problem Description:

The site SLF in Davos was unreachable on our monitoring tool between 13:25 and 13:35.

A regional power outage in Davos caused the loss of the main power at 13:13 for both power supplies #1 of swiSLF1 and swiSLF2. The routers continued to operate with power supplies #2 powered from the UPS. At 13:25 also the UPS battery capacity was exhausted and both power supplies #2 lost power, causing the ineluctable shutdown of swiSLF1 and swiSLF2.
