Problem Description:

On Friday, January 15, 2010, SWITCH will replace hardware and software of its internal phone system. The maintenance takes place out of office hours and starts at 18:00. During the maintenance which we expect to last for less than 4 hours, access to our office phones is not possible or unreliable - we suggest to use e-mail instead. Calls to the 7/24h emergency number will be interrupted for a maximum of five minutes.
