SWITCH is reacting to the changing needs of its customers and is expanding its Management Board to eight members.

Complexity and dynamism are two key management challenges, which is why you also need interdisciplinary teams at a strategic operational level, teams that can make well-informed decisions and implement them right away. By expanding our Management Board, we are meeting this demand and focusing even more closely on the needs of our various customer groups and market requirements. The expansion is also a reflection of the basic principles of our transformation: to reduce hierarchies and share responsibility more widely. These are important prerequisites for creating an agile, more fluid organisation. Our customers will enjoy a more professional and personal approach and relationships as a result.
