webinar topic
For the first time, educational consulting and digital teaching, including our Media Lab, work under one roof. Yet synergies do not emerge automatically from a merger: they require active engagement and a close interlocking of expertise and services. In this webinar, we share the story of our merger, from its starting point through the process to our lessons learned, and present the holistic approach to faculty support that has grown out of it. We offer insights into our portfolio of digital tools and services as well as upcoming pilots, all oriented towards the new HSG competency framework as a common point of reference.
Finally, we show how we build a cross-institutional AI literacy community to anticipate current and future demands on teaching and to derive sound, needs-based services from them.
Participants will take away transferable ideas for shaping integrated, future-ready services in their own institutions and will have the opportunity to share their experiences of meaningful educational services from their universities.
