Esther Seidl-Nussbaumer is the new Lead Business Innovation & Product Management
In her role, Esther Seidl-Nussbaumer is responsible for the development and expansion of the service portfolio for the Swiss education, research and innovation community. She took up her role on 3 January 2024.
As Lead Business Innovation & Product Management and member of the Management Board, Esther Seidl-Nussbaumer plays an important role at Switch. The focus of her tasks is the ensure the sustainable alignment of the foundation's service portfolio to the specific needs of Swiss universities. Esther Seidl-Nussbaumer has more than 15 years of experience as a manager in the tech industry, the healthcare sector and as a guest lecturer at various universities of applied sciences. Combined with her expertise in strategy, innovation, and digital transformation, she has an excellent understanding of universities and their digital transformation. In close collaboration with her team, she develops customised services with the greatest possible added value.
